BOOKING INFO 

As a small family business we have seen an increase in people not attending their booked appointments. During are 5+ years of business and seeing thousands of ears, we understand things happen and you may have to cancel your appointment at short notice.  As a common courtesy,  we ask to be notified through the multiple forms of contact(phone/text/email). At the moment we do not take deposits as we would like to have trust in people . However, we may have to start charging a non refundable deposit. When booking online, there are multiple reminders sent by email and text. the system notifies us when you have received and read these reminders. Unfortunately those who fail to attend without contacting us will be unable to book any future appointments.

TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AND CHECK AVIALABILITY PLEASE USE THE CHECK AVAILABILITY BUTTON BELOW, THEN PRESS THE SELECT BUTTON FOR WHICH LOCATION   - NETLEY ABBEY OR FAREHAM COMMUNITY HOSPITAL (THURSDAYS AND SOME TUESDAYS), CHOOSE A TIME SLOT, FILL IN ALL DETAILS AND HIT BOOK , A EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING WILL BE SENT STRAIGHT TO YOU(check spam folder)

IF THERE IS MORE THAT ONE PERSON PLEASE MAKE MULTIIPLE BOOKINGS, YOU NEED TO BOOK A SLOT FOR EACH PERSON ATTENDING.

PLEASE USE OLIVE OIL (EAROL IS WHAT WE RECOMMEND OR ANY OTHER SPRAY OR DROPLET AS LONG AS ITS OLIVE OIL) TWICE A DAY IF POSSIBLE STARTING 4-5 DAYS BEFORE APPOINTMENT, CHECK THE INGREDIENTS ON THE PACKET TO MAKE SURE IT ISN'T HYDROGEN PEROXIDE OR SODIUM BICARBONATE!!!
